Open Your Eyes To A Better World
“There are many times when you hear someone say “sleep on it; you’ll feel better in the morning”. And almost always this is exactly what transpires. You do feel better after a night’s sleep. Why is this?” (Roseanna Leaton).
When you are upset, sleeping it off will benefit you much more, rather than doing something spontaneous. When one is upset, your mind is altered and most people regret their initial reactions. Sometimes it’s hard to sleep it off, but the following day you feel much more rested and your mind is back on track.
