Low fat, non fat, 1%, low sodium…we all think these are healthier alternatives for us. Well in most cases we are wrong. If you actually read the food labels you will be surprised to see how many chemicals and substitutes there are; which is worse than having the little bit of fat, sugar, or sodium in the natural product.
